The rental period is from 3 pm Saturday to 12 noon the follwoing Saturday during the summer

This Cottage is like a home away from home, near the beach!

Close to beaches and bike trail, 20 min from Ptown, fully furnished and equipped

The Cottage has the following for your use while renting:

Kitchen: Electric stove/oven, microwave, refridge with ice maker, toaster, dishwasher, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, some spices and condiments, cleaning supplies for general clean-up after your stay.

Living Room : TV, VCR, DVD Players, fireplace, fold-out futon,

Upstairs Bedroom: TV, King Bed, fold-out futon, dresser, pillows, blankets

Downstairs Bedroom 1: TV, Queen Bed, drersser, pillows, blankets

Downstairs Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, dresser, pillows, blankets

Basement: Dart Board, Mini-Pool/games table, 2 Adult Male Bikes, 2 Adult Female Bikes, 1 young child’s bike w/training wheels, 1 bike trailer for small child(s) max weight 100#, 1 Tag Along Bike for back of adult male bike, inflatable Kayak w/paddle, 2 open seat kayaks, boggie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, air gage for bike tires, air compressor for bike tires, double action foot pump for Kayak, Clothes Washer & Dryer

Yard: Picnic table, Charcoal Grill, Outdoor Shower, Chairs, fire pit.

You will need to Bring:

Sheets, towels (bath and kitchen), beach towels, personal sundries, house key, lease agreement for beach sticker, laundry detergent, personal effects, cell phone if needed as there is no land line phone at the cottage.

Conditions of Renting:

1 - There is a six person limit staying at the house, if there are to be more than 6 people it must be agreed upon in advance by the lessor and lesee*

2 - You must clean the cottage at the completion of your rental period, cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner are provided by the lessor

3 - Your rental fee must be paid in advance of your rental period

4 - You will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any items missing or damaged at the cottage during your rental period

5 - No pets are allowed in or on the premises of the cottage

6- Smoking is NOT permitted in the house and you are to remove any cigarette buts from the grounds around the house

7 - You are responsible for removal of any garbage you generate during your stay. The town dump accepts garbage and separated recyclables for a small fee, they are located on Old Orchard Road behind Arnold's Restaurant and down the street

8 - You will be responsible for a $200 cleaning charge if you do not leave the cottage in good clean condition upon your departure

Please leave the house as you would like to find it on your arrival. If you find something missing or in bad or dirty condition please let me know.
