Greetings from Cape Cod.   My Studio Apartment is again available for rent this coming summer of  2010   The apartment sleeps four and is a Non-smoking apartment .  The apartment is furnished with two (2) large Queen Size sofa beds,  31 inch Color TV with Cable,  Full kitchen with Stove, Fridge, and Microwave.  The  apartment is completely equipped with exception of bed sheets ( Queen Size )  and towels.  The apartment has available a washing machine installed in the bicycle storage area for your convenience.

 

The 2010 summer rates are $650.00 a week .   The week runs Saturday to Saturday.

Weekly rentals check in time is 2:00PM and check out is 10:00AM.

Deposit of $100.00 required for a cleaning fee.  Refundable after rental period ends. Can be refunded the day you leave or a checked mailed to you. All cleaning supplies are in the apartment

 

Spring and Fall Weekends rates are $175.00 a weekend.  Weekends are Friday morning check-in and Sunday evening check out.  Spring Weekends 2010 start April 17, 2010 and end  June 6, 2010.   Fall Weekends start following Labor day.

We are now taking reservations for your summer weeks.
